About Me
I was born and raised in a small town in central Illinois. I earned a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington and have experience in both therapy and inpatient treatment. I have worked with a broad spectrum of patients and mental health issues.
I currently serve on the board of a local therapy organization, Center for Object Relations. I believe that professional development is important for providing effective treatment and have been involved in a number of seminars and educational offerings, as both an instructor and participant. I also teach at the graduate level as well.
